Personality Development Camps (1 camp in each district-total 14
camps)The aim
of this program is to create an atmosphere of relief from the
mentality of sadness and desperation for the disabled and also to
improve their personality. This program will be conducted in hotels
and tourist centers in Kerala. The expecting result of this program
is to make them capable of facing problems and lead a new life
understanding their goal of life through positive
thinking.200
physically disabled persons will attend each camp. Duration of the
camp - one week

Marriage meets for the disabled (I Marriage meet in each
district-total 14 marriage
meets) Marriage meet for both disabled
and their well wishers. The aim of this program is to create an
opportunity in which the disabled can select their life partners
(who may or may not be disabled)

Employment training Institute for the disabled. The aim of this
institute is to give self-employment training such as -

Computer Training
2. Fashion Technology
3. Food
technology etc. This will be creating job opportunities
also.
4 . Distribution of Medical equipments to all disabled
people in Ernakulam District.
5. Publishing a
Magazine for the physically disabled people in Kerala.
There are
above 30 lakhs disabled persons in Kerala and the number goes up
daily. Any normal person could be disabled at any moment. So there
is a need of a publication which will help the disabled for

from Government and non-governmental sectors and institutions

encouragement
4 developing their artistic and cultural abilities
5 bringing out their problems in front of the Government and the
Public. This magazine will also enter into different areas of social
services and win be helpful for social workers and backward
communities also.

Seminar for finding Self-employment. (1 in each district- total

Distribution of self-employment machines for 2000 disabled
persons.

Financial aid for 1000 disabled people to find
self-employment

Educational help for 200 disabled students.

Financial help for the marriage of 1000 poor disabled
girls

Group Marriage 3 (Ernakulam, Calicut, Trivandrum)

Building houses for 50 poor disabled persons.
14.
Establishment of 'Prathyasha clubs' through out Kerala for the whole
development of the disabled.
15.
Celebration of the 'World Disabled Day' (December 3)
