Fokana,the malayalee association in America selected Simon George,the Chairman of Prathyasha Foundation for the award for social service in 2007-2008.The Minister R.K Premachandran gave the award to Simon George at the meeting conducted by Fokana at Kottayam on 8th Feb.2008.Fokana President Sasidharan Nair,Secretary Aniyan George and other organizers of Fokana participated in this meeting.
