second Pre-marital meet for the disabled by prathyasha foundation was held on 5th October 2006 at Ernakulam town hall. The programme was inaugurated by famous film artist Padmasree Bharath Gopi and Prof Mercy Williams. Mayor,Cochin Corporation presided over the programme. Welcome speech was conducted by Mr Simon George, Chairman,Prathyasha foundation. Mr. A V anup, General Secretary of World Malayalee Council,Mr Uzhavoor Vijayan, Chairman for the disabled and Mr. Sebastian Paul M.P. blessed the programme with their presence.

Nearly thousand people participated in that programme and about hundred disabled got their life partners from the meet.
